Dookit Brewing Co. is a new small batch brewery based in Glasgow, Southside. They launch a seasonal brew once a month, always with a fervent focus on quality. The Southside Pale is their first creation, and it has a heavy late hopping of New Zealand and Australian hops creating super tropical notes and a soft haze. Modern, vibrant and fresh, the label also features artwork we love by Glasgow artist Fran Gordon.
