Your subscription covers the sending of as many cards as you want within the timeframe of your subscription. It will also include special discounts and offers. Postage is not included in your subscription, only the card and envelope.
Yes! You can send as many cards as you want, as long as they are for personal use. We do have a cap on multiples per individual transaction, but all you need to do to add more cards is start a new transaction. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
No, outside of the subscription you will only pay for any gifts you send with your card, and the postage. We send our cards First Class with Royal Mail at £0.76 per individual address. The postage on each additional card to the same address is £0.40.
Yes, after the initial period (3 months or 6 months) your subscription will automatically renew every month at a cost of £7.99. If you prefer, you can cancel and renew your subscription to claim another complimentary gift. You can cancel your subscription anytime, which will execute at the end of the current period paid for.
Your card will be charged immediately for new subscriptions, and then monthly on the same day of the month as your original sign-up once the initial period is over.
If your card has not arrived please get in touch with customer services. 95% of all cards are delivered next day with Royal Mail, but please wait 3 days in case there is a delay, especially at peak times such as Christmas.
Corporate Gift Boxes
Whilst there is no minimum to the number of gift boxes you buy on behalf of your business, there may be minimums to some of the customisations available, such as printing on the box. This depends on the quantity of gifts ordered, and the complexity of your order. Please speak with our team to find out more.
It is possible to print your logo on your box, yes. Depending on the quantity of boxes you choose to order, we have varying styles of box and materials for you to choose from. For a more subtle look you could have your logo foiled or debossed, or you could have them printed CMYK.
We have lots of different opportunities for where you could use your brand colours, from the style of gifts in the box, to the raffia tape supporting the gifts, to the colour of the box itself. There are many materials in an array of colours, and of course we can print CMYK, and often with your specific Pantone. If you let us know your Pantone colours, we can search for the best match or print the perfect one.
If you speak to one of our team we will let you know what is possible, but in general yes, you can include your own products in the gift box. We can also arrange to pack your items in your box if you would prefer not to do it yourself.
Yes, we can distribute globally with a carrier of your choice. We can also recommend the best packaging options to make sure your items arrive safely wherever it is that they need to go.
Payment terms are negotiable depending on the size of the order, complexity of the order and whether you are an existing customer with us. We encourage corporate accounts with businesses who look to gift regularly, and can offer special terms on repeat purchases.
Delivery & Returns
As standard, if ordered by noon, we will despatch on the same day with a DPD Next Day service that arrives next day in 95% of cases. Please note that orders containing personalised stationery take one extra day to process.
If a gift is required on a ‘Guaranteed On’ day, then we will send the gift on a tracked next day service to arrive on that day If the ‘Guaranteed On’ day is a Monday, the gift will be dispatched on a Friday via a courier service that won’t deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.
If, for whatever reason, DPD fails to make a delivery on a ‘Guaranteed On’ day we will refund the shipping, but will not be liable for any other costs incurred if we have successfully despatched the item the day before required delivery.
If your order is incorrect or damaged email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, description of your problem and any photos you may have to help us help you. We will try to find a solution as soon as possible. Whether the gift box has arrived with you or at another person’s address, you must return the full gift box within 14 days.
We do not accept returns for part of the gift box, all returns must be made in full, except where the item is incorrect or damaged.
We must be given the opportunity to replace the items in the first instance. We will aim to replace your items as soon as we can, however, if this is not possible we would offer a refund. To see our Refund and Returns Policy, please visit our Terms & Conditions.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer or recipient of the gift. If there are any customs issues the recipient of the gift may be required to contact the shipping company to enable an item/s to get through customs.
Of course! You can choose different cards for different gift boxes.
We will be introducing a simple packing list to include the sender information, and the items to be included in the Box. We will not include receipts anything with pricing on where possible. Not everyone sends a card with their gift box, so we need to have some basic information available so the receiver knows where the items have come from. Please note that all international shipments require us to include an itemised invoice in order to pass through customs.
Whilst you can choose the design of your gift box, it is up to the discretion of the warehouse employee to make sure you receive a box size that can fit all your items safely.
At the moment our gift boxes are laminated with PE, which keeps them strong, but means that they cannot be recycled in traditional cardboard recycling. We encourage you to keep the box for the future. We are seeking to start laminating our boxes with PLA, a plastic made from starch, by the end of the year. This can be recycled.
Our letterbox wraps not be laminated from now on, once we have cleared existing stocks.
We will also be introducing kraft brown recyclable packaging very soon.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class for all of our greetings card deliveries. If a single card order is placed before noon Monday to Friday you can expect a next day delivery in 95% of cases. We recommend leaving an extra day prior to your desired delivery date in case of mishaps.
Any orders placed after noon on Friday, over the weekend and before noon on Monday will be printed with a Tuesday delivery date in mind.
If a ‘Delivered for’ date is chosen, we may despatch via Second Class depending on the amount of time available. If a card is required on a ‘Guaranteed On’ day, then we will send the card on a tracked next day service to arrive on that day.

Multiples of cards are not guaranteed to arrive next day if ordered by noon. Due to the high number of requests and capacity these take up on our machines, we aim to despatch multiples within 2 or 3 days.
We charge Royal Mail 1st Class shipping rate of £0.70 for standard sized cards. Each additional card sent to the same address is charged at £0.35 for postage and handling.
