No, there is no minimum order, if you want a single box we can do that. However if you want a branded gift box or any branded gifts there will be an MOQ of between 25 and 50 units depending on the item/s.

We are very transparent with our pricing. The cost of a standard box is generally the cost of all the items together. When it comes to higher quantities and branded gifts we provide an itemised quote. We can also include variations on certain product types so you have different pricing options. To get a quote fill out an enquiry form on the site and let us know the approx. quantity of gift boxes you require and an idea of its contents. Alternatively, you can provide us with a budget and we can make some suggestions for you.

Small orders can be done within a week whilst customised orders that include branded gift boxes and/or branded gifts will take up to three weeks. If you need the order sooner for an event or occasion we can offer an express service.

Absolutely. You can customise the box itself, choosing between a range of box styles, paper and card stocks and how the box is branded. The branding can be done three different ways – debossed (the most subtle option), foiled (the classy option) and printed (the fun option). You can also customise what’s in it, choosing from our range of gifts, letting us create your own branded gifts or by adding your own items.

We generally charge a £1 pick and pack fee per item but will sometimes offer this service for free or at a lower cost on larger orders.

There are different ways in which you can write messages to the recipient. For general messages we can print, foil or deboss the text onto the inside or outside of the box. If you require a bespoke message for each recipient we can print greeting cards or a notecard that can contain unique names and text. These cards can be printed on an array of beautiful paper stocks and also be foiled or debossed.

Our standard boxes range between 20cm and 45 cm in width. We select the size based on the contents of your box. However, because we manufacture the boxes ourselves we can create custom sizes or shapes if required.

We have different delivery options available. We can send directly the receipt or send all boxes to a single location. If sending to you we can put the boxes in packaging ready to be posted. On larger orders, we offer fulfilment services where we can store your gift boxes in our warehouse and post them when required.

Yes, we have a fulfilment warehouse in Kent, allowing us to manage all deliveries if required.
