Founded in 1785, Heidsieck & Co Monopole is one of the oldest Champagne houses. A ‘Grande Marque’ champagne is one of the top names in champagne. To the eye this champagne is light yellow in colour with green highlights. On the nose it gives a rich, toasty and slightly woody impression, characterised by intense aromatic richness. To the palate is a full and fruity combination of blackcurrant notes, lemon and a slight yeastiness on the finish.
