Passed down from generation to generation, their range of cookies revolves around 3 specialities from the French culinary heritage. Each cookie is an alliance between tradition and modernity. The cookies are still baked on metal plates and collected by hand, just as they were over 50 years ago.

While sticking to the classics, one of their passions is also to create new, tasty recipes and they are proud to maintain the recipes of the French biscuit tradition, continuing to work to perfect each one.
