How It Works
1. Create Your Box
As the first thing your client will see, make sure your box is the best it can be.
Choose from dozens of box shapes, hundreds of materials and your choice of Pantone colours. We also print CMYK. You can finish this with screen-printing, foiling, debossing or UV-inks to create a truly bespoke box.
2. Make It Unique
Your gifts should highlight your corporate values, and convey the best of your image and brand.
Bookblock can manufacture a whole range of bespoke product on your behalf, from stationery and leather through to confectionery. We can do this working from our designs, or you can send us your specification and we’ll match it.
3. Make It Cool
If you make your own products and want these to go in the box, we can combine them along with gifts sourced from other suppliers. Our consumer site has lots of gifts curated by us, and we work with many suppliers who can brand items that we do not produce.
By combining your brand with well-respected brands you get the best of both worlds; positive brand association and a varied gift everyone can get behind.
4. Send Boxes Anywhere
You may need to send gifts to a thousand employees in a dozen different cities, or schedule in gifts to go out for different clients’ birthdays throughout the year.
Bookblock operates its own pick and pack warehouse meaning that we can manage specific fulfilment needs as well as coping with bulk operations, making the whole process smooth and easy.
FAQ
Whilst there is no minimum to the number of gift boxes you buy on behalf of your business, there may be minimums to some of the customisations available, such as printing on the box. This depends on the quantity of gifts ordered, and the complexity of your order. Please speak with our team to find out more.
It is possible to print your logo on your box, yes. Depending on the quantity of boxes you choose to order, we have varying styles of box and materials for you to choose from. For a more subtle look you could have your logo foiled or debossed, or you could have them printed CMYK.
We have lots of different opportunities for where you could use your brand colours, from the style of gifts in the box, to the raffia tape supporting the gifts, to the colour of the box itself. There are many materials in an array of colours, and of course we can print CMYK, and often with your specific Pantone. If you let us know your Pantone colours, we can search for the best match or print the perfect one.
If you speak to one of our team we will let you know what is possible, but in general yes, you can include your own products in the gift box. We can also arrange to pack your items in your box if you would prefer not to do it yourself.
Yes, we can distribute globally with a carrier of your choice. We can also recommend the best packaging options to make sure your items arrive safely wherever it is that they need to go.
Payment terms are negotiable depending on the size of the order, complexity of the order and whether you are an existing customer with us. We encourage corporate accounts with businesses who look to gift regularly, and can offer special terms on repeat purchases.
