Chocolates
Firstly, we’re starting with food, as every great date night needs some yummy treats and our Chocolate World has a scrumptious selection. As it can be difficult to decide, we’ve narrowed it down to two choices of sweetness; our Handmade Chocolate Hearts and Butter Beer Truffles. (Or you can have both!)
Love comes in all shapes and sizes, and ours comes in the shape of nine beautiful chocolate hearts. They are a mix of handmade praline, strawberry cream and salted caramel chocolates. Handmade for us by artisan chocolatier Kala King, they make a perfect gift for that special someone. The shapes and colours can’t get much more romantic, with the deep pink box and gorgeous gold detail. Because of this, this box works brilliantly as a date night gift or part of your valentine’s day gifts.
Our Butter Beer Truffles are 100g of heaven. The white chocolate middle is rich with malt extract and butterscotch, giving it a rich and luxurious texture. Furthermore, the milky chocolate flakes that surround the white chocolate give that little bit of chocolatey bite. These beauties are a divine choice to share with your loved one as date night gifts.
Pamper
A romantic bath together makes a lovely, relaxing setting. Our Älska Lavender, Hibiscus & Orange Bath Salts are the way to go. The salts are a calming blend containing Himalayan & Epsom salts combined with essential oils and enriched with organic botanicals. Alcohol
To top your evening off, a lovely bottle of wine does the trick and we have a luscious range of red, white and rosé to choose from. Our 2019 Monopolio Durello Spumante and 2018 Fleurie are wonderful choices.
The Monopolio by Cantina di Gambellara is a fruity and sparkling dry wine made with Durella grapes, an ancient autochthonous variety. It’s pale yellow in colour with delicate aromas of papaya and plums. On the nose, there are fresh notes of minerality and apple, with a fine and long finish. It’s dry, elegant and vegan!
The Fleurie is full of expressive Gamay characteristics with elegant violet, iris and red fruit aromas and a palate bursting with velvety tannins. It is also an elegant, vegan wine with a long finish and floral perfumes that are characteristic of this Beaujolais Cru.
Either (or both) of these wines would make an ideal date night gift and add that special touch to your evening with your loved one.
